Unknown, but regular, visitors to the Payne household in East Dulwich. Charlie's diary mentions them at least 11 times in 1903 and 18 times in 1904. A 'Mr. Buckles' ("Mr. B.") is referred to on 25 May 1903 as being "in an asylum".
